We are extremely fortunate to be equipped with a thermal imaging
camera. This allows the firemen to locate hot spots and hidden fires as
well as finding people in high smoke situations. It is also useful in
hazardous material incidents. It can detect the levels of fluids in
drums or tanks or railroad cars.
