Week of February 21, 20051. On 2/22/05, Jackson Hemrich (23), of Newton, IL, was issued a citation for speeding at the 600 block of E. Main.
2. On 2/23/05, Anthony Atkins (17), of Oblong was traveling north on Range when Jennifer Griffin (32), of Oblong was traveling east on Indiana and ran into the rear driver side of Atkins vehicle. Property damage was more than $500. No citations were issued.
3. On 2/24/05, Jerry Werner Jr. (29), of Mt. Erie, IL, was issued a citation for speeding in a school zone at the 600 block of W. Main.
4. On 2/24/05, Jeremy Hayes (27), of Mt. Vernon, IL, was issued a citation for speeding at the 600 block of W. Main.
5. On 2/24/05, Brenda Booth (54), of West Union, IL, was issued a citation for improper lane usage at the 600 block of E. Main.
6. On 2/25/05, Louis Sievers (38), of Washington, IN, was issued a citation for speeding in a school zone at the 600 block of W Main.
7. On 2/25/05, Dennis Reeder (38), of Greenup, IL, was issued a citation for speeding in a school zone at the 600 block of W. Main.
8. On 2/25/05, Jacqueline Hoalt (48), of Flat Rock, IL, was issued a citation for speeding in a school zone at the 600 block of W. Main.
9. On 2/25/05, Marilyn Brooks (50), of Hidalgo, IL, was issued a citation for speeding in a school zone at the 600 block of W. Main.
10. On 2/25/05, Ralph Edwards (85), of Willow Hill, IL, was issued a citation for speeding on S. Range at the Texas intersection.
11. On 2/26/05 at 3:18 a.m., Oblong Police were called to 705 E. Kentucky for a domestic fight. Wendy McDaniel (37), of Oblong was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery, resisting arrest, obstructing justice, and two counts of aggravated battery. She was transported to the Crawford County Sheriff’s Dept.
12. On 2/26/05, Norman Muse (27), of Indianapolis, IN, was issued a citation for speeding at the 600 block of E. Main.
