Week of April 4, 2005
1. On 4/4/05 the Oblong Police Dept. was called to 507 E. Indiana by Debra Barnbrook (48) in regards to a domestic disturbance. A complaint was signed against Daniel Barnbrook (47) of Oblong, for Domestic Battery. No arrest was made.
2. On 4/4/05 Gary Littlejohn (19) of Oblong, was issued a seatbelt citation at Michigan and Jackson.
3. On 4/5/05 a 13 year old juvenile of Oblong, was charged with Obstructing Justice at the Oblong Grade School.
4. On 4/6/05 Kristi Fondren (22) of Robinson, was backing out of a parking space on the 100 block of E Ohio when she struck a car driven by Thaddeus Ping (21) of Oblong. Damage was estimated to be over $500.
5. On 4/7/05 Alan Kingery (53) of Montrose, was issued a citation for speeding at the 400 block of E. Main.
6. On 4/7/05 Robert Keller (55) of Newton, was issued a citation for speeding at the 600 block of E. Main.
7. On 4/7/05 Dusty Ockman (24) of Thibodaux, TX., was issued a citation for speeding at the 600 block of E. Main.
8. On 4/7/05 Cynthia Reynolds (41) of Oblong, was arrested for disorderly conduct at the 100 block of N. Range.
9. On 4/8/05 Matthew Duncan (32) of Oblong, backed his SUV into a car, driven by Jane Goss (42) of Oblong, at the intersection of Main and Range. Damage was estimated to be less than $500.
10. On 4/8/05 Bradley Bardle (31) of High Ridge, MO., was issued a citation for speeding at the 600 block of E. Main.
11. On 4/8/05 Erin Adams (22) of Casey, was issued a citation for speeding at the 600 block of E. Main.
12. On 4/8/05 Stanley Kemper (42) of Oblong, was issued a citation for speeding at the 600 block of E. Main.
13. On 4/8/05 Laura Clay (20) of Robinson, was issued a citation for improper display of license plates at Range and Kansas.
14. On 4/8/05 Micael Short (16) of Newton, was issued a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle at Main and Farley Road.
15. On 4/8/05 a 14 year old juvenile of Willow Hill was issued a citation for being in possession of tobacco products at Main and Farley Road.
16. On 4/9/05 John Provines (52) of Olney, was arrested for DUI one mile west of Oblong on Rt. 33.
